We offer affordable on-site lodging. Our goal is to create a completely-immersive, creative experience for our guests. We feel that great records are made when a band lives together. It fosters collaboration and new ideas. Set in a relaxed, country atmosphere, surrounded by farms, our lodging allows our guests to unwind and be free of distractions. No long drives back and forth to hotels — simply wake up, walk to the studio and press record.
The Yellow House
The perfect place to relax between takes, our early 1900s farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 7. Jam or work out new parts on the porch, play records, or just hang out — the space is entirely yours.

Willis, Michigan is a sleepy little town that has a single traffic light, a BBQ restaurant, yoga studio, and a party store. If you crave more action, we’re only a short drive away from Ann Arbor or Detroit, which has some of the best restaurants, bars and breweries, music venues, and nightlife Michigan has to offer.
